Who Are We?

We are Riding in Action, a Swindon based motorcycle training company, providing high quality training for CBT, A2, Direct Access, Refresher and Enhanced Skills. Our combined experience of over 40 years in motorcycle training has given us a reputation, within the community, that is second to none.

Stan Boardman – Company Secretary

Stan joined the Riding in Action team in 2003 as Company Secretary.  He is responsible for sales and marketing.  If you have any questions Stan will be happy to help answer them and get you started on your journey.

Steve Boardman – Enhanced Instructor

Steve is the driving (sic) force behind Riding In Action.  Biking since he was 17, he has been a motorcycle instructor since 2000.  Now one of the most qualified instructors in the UK; he is a member of the Institute of Advanced Motorcyclists, a RoSPA Gold and Diploma rider as well as an examiner for the Driving Instructor Association’s DIAmond advanced test.

Martin Leigh – Instructor

Martin has been an instructor since 1996 and joined Riding in Action in 2001.  His vast experience and knowledge of the motorcycle industry will help make your training all the more enjoyable.
